Originally commissioned by BBC Radio Wales in 2016, The Unexplainers recently broadcast it’s fifth hit series. The Unexplainers also continues to grow as a podcast, reaching Number Five in the UK Comedy Podcast Chart. The Unexplainers has twice been nominated for a prestigious Celtic Media Award, missing out on the top spot to an Irish Radio Show, and somebody from The Isle of Man, both times in controversial** circumstances. Owing to this continuing success, the team regret to inform you that they are no longer available for children’s parties.

The Investigators

Unexplainers Agent John Rutledge has special powers. John won the MENSA world championship in 1992 and his school friends thought it was so cool. John is also a compulsive liar.

In late 2015 Unexplainers Agent Mike Bubbins emerged unharmed from a timeslip, which he fell into during the summer of 1972. He has no idea how to get back, but comforts himself by systematically re-purchasing his lost 1970’s belongings from internet auction sites.
